I LOVE this restaurant. It is the best local Chinese food. I came in here with my boyfriend and we ordered a bunch of items that we don't usually get and all were so yummy! They serve your usually range of American favorites (such as orange and sesame chicken) to more traditionally Chinese flavors. A special note to my favorite item on the menu: the spicy garlic eggplant. It's cooked perfectly! The meat is always cooked tenderly and the sauces are fragrant but not artificial (like some chain restaurants). And special thank you to the woman always working at the front and serving food, she is so welcoming! And I love the ambience, it's very cozy and you feel at home.

This location is definitely a authentic "fast food" Chinese spot. Think about a panda express but more mom and pop restaurant nothing too authentic but definitely hits the spot better than a fast food chain. The staff does have a thick accent but nothing that can't be understood. They have a great service, always refilled water and checked on our table. I recommend going during their lunchtime menus as it was so cheap and so much food. This is my go to spot when I'm craving Chinese food that's not panda express. No issues on food, great flavor, great portions, solid place. I hundred percent recommend.

New Flavors is a very authentic restaurant where the food exceeded expectations for the price! The one downside was the service-- I'm genuinely not someone who takes service into real consideration, but for those who do, this might not be the place haha. The Was immediately seated inside and the food came out quickly however. This is a great place to come for a quick, cheap, and filling meal! Some of the lunch menu items come with soup, a whole entree, rice, and a spring roll. You get a lot! The taste was also great-- definitely got the authentic / chinese flavors I was craving! I especially recommend the Szechuan Beef.

New Flavors is definitely a place worth to try. We ordered pick up on 4/28/23. Ordering was easy. The person who took our order was friendly and patient. We ordered shrimp chow mein, beef chow fun, hot and sour soup, egg drop soup, fish with mixed vegetables and mushrooms with asparagus. Everything tasted good. We enjoyed everything except the egg drop soup was different than what my kids are used to. This one is too watery. We are used to a more plain kind. The hot and sour soup was really good tho. The restaurant is open for dine in. If anyone remembers Gin Sing back in the day, New Flavors are now the new owners. Same location on Centinela and Washington. Parking available in the back or street. They also offer Hawaiian local foods like chicken katsu, kalbi and chicken bbq. Next time we'll have to try their Hawaiian food.
